At the Palmer Ranch Master Property Owners Association annual meeting on March 21, 2024, members elected five residential trustees to two-year terms; 5,420 votes were represented. The newly elected trustees will serve on the board alongside existing trustees.

At its annual members meeting on March 21, 2024, the Palmer Ranch Master Property Owners Association announced the results of its residential trustee election. Tracy Smith, reporting for the Election Committee, said the following members were elected to two-year terms: Carol Auricchio, Dennis Hudson, John Power, Lee Katz and Bob Swan. The meeting recorded that 5,420 votes were represented.
