Council approves sight‑triangle rule to keep driveways clear at intersections

A council member noted recent plan reviews where the absence of a specific prohibition allowed some driveway configurations that could impede sight lines. “That's a perfect example why that's a good idea,” a member said, referring to a driveway close to a stop sign. The council moved to approve the changes to chapter 94; the motion was seconded and staff will finalize the ordinance text for codification.
