At the start of the business agenda the county finance director presented June financial statements, noting they were preliminary and did not include year-end entries. The director told commissioners the county received an additional $1.1 million in FEMA reimbursements in July for previously obligated small projects and has initiated Amendment No. 3 to account for larger projects, including debris work that totals more than $7 million.
