The borough voted to approve a resolution supporting Erie County in developing a new countywide comprehensive housing plan. Minutes state that the effort will use MAP grant funding and Act 137 (the Affordable Housing Act) funds derived from housing deed transfers to develop recommendations to improve housing quality and affordability. Councilor Osborn moved the resolution and Councilor Steadman seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
