At its Oct. 7 meeting, the Washington County Council adopted 2025 budgets for Delaney Creek Conservancy, Blue River Fire District, Washington County Solid Waste Management District and Brown Vernon Fire District; motions were made and seconded by councilmembers and passed.

The Washington County Council adopted multiple jurisdictional budgets for 2025 during its Oct. 7 meeting. Councilmember Preston Shell moved to adopt the Delaney Creek Conservancy 2025 budget (seconded by Rondale Brishaber); Councilmember Gerald Fleming moved to adopt the Blue River Fire District 2025 budget (seconded by Keeley Stingel); Councilmember Keeley Stingel moved to adopt the Washington County Solid Waste Management District 2025 budget (seconded by Gerald Fleming); and Councilmember Rondale Brishaber moved to adopt the Brown Vernon Fire District 2025 budget (seconded by Andrew Davisson). Each motion passed, as recorded in the meeting minutes.
