Jennifer Mayo, regional operations leader for Purdue Extension's southwest area, briefed the board on a new regional structure that centralizes educator roles and absorbs some costs previously carried by counties. She said the contractual services line will be population-based and that a $140,000 contractual figure is required by code as the base payment from the county.
