DDA approves plan for five new trash receptacles downtown
The Watkinsville DDA agreed to install two trash receptacles on School Street and three on Water Street as part of a streetscape update intended to improve downtown cleanliness and visitor experience.

As part of a streetscape update, the Watkinsville Downtown Development Authority approved installation of additional trash receptacles: two on School Street and three on Water Street. The locations were identified during the April 18 meeting and staff will proceed to implement the additions.
