The board approved Resolution 2026-438 to reject all bids for reconstruction of the Sunset Lake Dam and related countermeasures in Cumberland County and to readvertise the project. Mr. Whitaker explained there were three bidders: one was rejected for a paperwork error, a second withdrew because it could not secure a required subcontractor, and the third bid was "well in excess of the budget for the project," leading staff to recommend rejecting all bids.
