San Jacinto County commissioners unanimously approved a variance to divide a 10-acre parcel (William R. Sanders survey, abstract 269) into two 5-acre tracts after staff confirmed frontage, utilities and a drainage easement.

San Jacinto County commissioners voted unanimously to approve a variance permitting Kent and Linda Opel to split a 10-acre tract in the William R. Sanders survey (abstract 269) into two separate 5-acre parcels. The court heard confirmations from staff that both resulting parcels would have more than 450 feet of highway frontage, available power and water, and a five-foot drainage easement encircling the property.
