Board advances Hwy 49 Eagle Post Road sewer project with pay request and contract authorization
The board approved Pay Request #7 to Hemphill Construction for $12,900.20 (Phase II) and authorized Mayor Gunn to execute a contract with Thornton Construction for Phase III of the HWY 49 Eagle Post Road sanitary sewer additions project, pending city attorney review. One alderman was recorded as not participating on some items.

City Engineer Tim Parker brought multiple agenda items on the HWY 49 Eagle Post Road sanitary sewer additions project. The board approved Pay Request #7 to Hemphill Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $12,900.20 for Phase II work; the motion was made by Alderman Brian Grantham, seconded by Alderman John Banks, and carried with Alderman Mason Herrin recorded as not participating for that vote.
