The Selectboard voted unanimously to approve the Consent Agenda, which included adopting an IntraFi Insured Cash Sweep (ICS) program with the National Bank of Middlebury, approving the minutes of Dec. 22, 2025, and authorizing a warrant in the amount of $108,776.44.
