Selectboard members heard that Brookline has no certified Flood Plain Administrator and that lacking one could reduce FEMA reimbursements from 92.5% to 75% after a flood. Stan Noga offered to unofficially advise a resident and said he would consider becoming certified if no one else steps forward; the town will cover course costs and a yearly stipend.
