Highway Supervisor E. Mark Bills told the Selectboard he has a State of Vermont template for a paving RFP and proposed targeting slightly more than one mile of town road for paving. The tentative schedule includes a pre-bid meeting on March 11, bids due before the March 18 Selectboard meeting, a planned project start of July 1, 2026, and completion by Sept. 30, 2026. The board voted to accept the RFP template and timeline (motion by E. Mark Bills, seconded by Bruce Mello; approved unanimously).
