Selectboard accepts paving RFP template and sets tentative start and completion dates

The board voted to accept the RFP template and timeline (motion by E. Mark Bills, seconded by Bruce Mello; approved unanimously).
Bills and the board discussed outreach to paving contractors and timing that fits state procurement and summer paving seasons. No contract amounts were specified at the meeting.
