Engineering reports Phase IV progress and related sewer work; pay application approved by Sanitary Board

Engineering lead Ryan Holcomb reported updates on several public-works projects. For Phase IV of the sewer project he said the first construction progress meeting was held and that the contract is working to add three customers near Sandy’s Hardware, subject to environmental clearance and Department of Environmental Protection approval. Holcomb said Phase V is on hold at present.
The Treasurer reported that the Sanitary Board approved Requisition #3 for Phase IV in the amount of $312,365.33 and approved the acquisition of a lift station and three customers from the City of Stonewood. Holcomb also reported on the Route 20 corridor work (DEP permit modification pending before advertising for bids), AML-Phase I AMD closeout with a forthcoming Change Order #3 for additional paving and screening, and that the Phase II AMD NEPA environmental assessment has been drafted and submitted for review.
