Town Administrator Gregory Faust reported that the Phase 2 water line loan had been processed by the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources (ANR) and explained the timeline for accessing those funds through the Bond Bank. Faust said the loan processing was complete and staff would follow the Bond Bank procedure to draw funds for the Phase 2 water line work.
Faust also said initial work at Holley Hall and the Library is progressing and that no major issues had been uncovered during the first stage of work. The board received the updates and noted that staff will continue to monitor project progress and report back as milestones are reached.
