John Ahrens, President of the Hidden Springs Sewer Company, gave a legal update at the March 11 meeting saying that HSTA has signed the conveyance contract with Cartwright Ranch LLC, but the full sharing agreement between the parties has not been fully executed as of the meeting date. Ahrens outlined three main parts of the intended agreement: (1) the sharing agreement describing how HSSC will serve Cartwright Ranch, (2) HSSC taking conveyance of the CCR sewer system infrastructure, and (3) authority for HSSC to collect delinquent accounts from CRTA.
