Police Chief Matt Coonce presented the first reading of Bill No. 3081, described as an ordinance addressing interference against first responders and city officials and specifying that individuals must remain within (or rather outside of) a 25-foot zone while responders perform duties. Village Clerk Melody Wymore performed the second reading.
