The redevelopment commission voted to accept inbound mitigation properties from INDA, subject to the covenants, conditions and restrictions attached to the parcels, and authorized the commission president to take steps necessary to facilitate receipt. Chair (speaker 3) put the motion and the board approved it unanimously.
