Council approves routine refunds and tables large subdivision bond release

Item H, a 90% Subdivision Bond Release to Tony Crockett for Country Club Townhomes listed at $297,980.00, was removed from the consent calendar and later tabled for verification of the actual bond amount. The council unanimously approved the motion to table while staff will verify the correct figure against the Development Agreement.
