Nancy Weinke presented the Team Oregon Build program to the Pilot Rock School Board on Dec. 18, describing it as an Oregon Department of Education-funded project that engages students in hands-on construction. According to the minutes, Mr. Norton and Mrs. Weinke attended program training and students will begin building an 8x8 shed to be donated within the community.
