Board hires cheer coach, accepts two resignations

At its Nov. 20 meeting Pilot Rock's board approved hiring Jessica Lehneis as cheer coach and accepted the resignations of assistant middle school football coach Zach Byrd and instructional aide Sam Green; all motions passed unanimously.
The Pilot Rock School Board approved several personnel actions on Nov. 20. On motion by Anita Baleztena, seconded by Stacy Hansen, the board hired Jessica Lehneis as the district cheer coach; all board members present approved.
The board also accepted the resignations of assistant middle school football coach Zach Byrd (motion by Stacy Hansen, second by Anita Baleztena) and elementary instructional aide Sam Green (motion by Richard Hemphill, second by Tim Weinke); both resignations were accepted unanimously by members present.
