County staff asked the board to approve an amendment to the county’s IDIQ contract with Washington Headquarter Services to clarify that a federal DEI nondiscrimination clause applies to all task orders issued under the contract, regardless of when they were issued. Tom Ford said the county was "fine" with the amendment but needed to memorialize the change and requested the chair’s signature on the modification.
