Tom Ford said the county was "fine" with the amendment but needed to memorialize the change and requested the chair’s signature on the modification.
Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the amendment by unanimous voice vote. Staff did not raise immediate concerns about compliance or operational impact and said the change would be reflected in task orders going forward.
