The Redmond School District Board approved amendments to its Board Operating Agreement during a special meeting on Aug. 7, 2024. The board removed the phrase "on controversial issues" from Roles & Responsibilities item #3 and added language under Meeting Protocols requiring notifying the superintendent or board chair. Vice Chair Liz Goodrich moved to adopt the amended agreement; Director Eric Lea seconded. The motion carried 5–0.
