The City of Shelley Planning & Zoning Commission on June 17 voted to recommend that City Council adopt a revised Home Occupation ordinance (City Code §10‑9‑4(N)) that would define major and minor cottage industries, set applicable zoning and special‑use permit requirements, and clarify residency, setback, parking and equipment‑storage standards.
