Chair reported two donations for board acceptance: $500 from Susan Atkinson designated for the Darwin Lochner scholarship and $1,500 from the Midco Foundation to improve access to automated external defibrillators (AEDs). A motion to accept the donations was made, seconded and approved by the board.
