The Town Selectboard reviewed and approved five public assemblage permit applications submitted by Brookfield Partners, three of which are expected to host more than 50 attendees and two under the 50-person threshold. Chair (S4) confirmed the permits are for town-hall events and asked whether anyone wanted to review the individual applications; the board moved and approved the set of five permits as submitted.
Committee member (S5) said she had spoken with the event organizer (referred to as Lisonbee Belisle, events committee president in the discussion) who acknowledged a delay in the 30-day filing and agreed to correct the process going forward. The board noted routine compliance steps and had applicants sign where needed.
