The board adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect Bob Schultz as Chair, Terry Mountford as Vice Chair, and to add Keith Merrill as an Assistant Secretary while removing James Gilman from the Board; action was unanimous.

At its Oct. 22 meeting, the River Ridge Community Development District adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect and remove officers. The nominations, presented by Mrs. Adams and moved by Assistant Secretary Kurt Blumenthal, named Bob Schultz as Chair, Terry Mountford as Vice Chair, Kurt Blumenthal and Robert Twombly as Assistant Secretaries, and newly appointed Keith Merrill as an Assistant Secretary; the Resolution also removed James Gilman from the Board.
