River Ridge CDD elects officers in Resolution 2025-01

At its Oct. 22 meeting, the River Ridge Community Development District adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect and remove officers. The nominations, presented by Mrs. Adams and moved by Assistant Secretary Kurt Blumenthal, named Bob Schultz as Chair, Terry Mountford as Vice Chair, Kurt Blumenthal and Robert Twombly as Assistant Secretaries, and newly appointed Keith Merrill as an Assistant Secretary; the Resolution also removed James Gilman from the Board.
The motion to adopt Resolution 2025-01 passed "with all in favor." District staff noted prior appointments (Secretary Chesley "Chuck" Adams; assistant and treasurer assignments) remain unchanged. The resolution is effective immediately as recorded in the meeting minutes.
