Board reviews Traffic Calming Assessment; radar signs and education measures planned
The Board reviewed the draft Traffic Calming Assessment 2025 outlining Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategies; Mr. Krebs said three permanent and one mobile speed radar sign will be installed in early February and education efforts are underway. Staff will update the report and the Board asked for suggestions on additional areas of concern.

District Engineer Charlie Krebs reviewed Tier 1 and Tier 2 traffic-calming strategies in the draft Traffic Calming Assessment 2025 and reported that Mr. Conway has begun education-based road, bike and golf cart safety measures. "Three permanent and one mobile speed radar signs will be delivered throughout the property the first week in February," Krebs said, and Board members were asked to advise staff of other areas needing consideration.
