River Ridge board adopts Resolution 2025-02, elects officers

The resolution named Bob Schultz as chair and Terry Mountford as vice chair and kept Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. Mrs. Adams presented the resolution and noted it preserves prior appointments that remain unaffected, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer. The board approved the resolution without recorded opposition.
The action updates the district’s official officer roster ahead of routine administrative tasks and ethics training requirements the board reviewed during the meeting. The board asked staff to add the annual four-hour ethics training deadline to the Key Activity Dates list.
