Mayor Botti told the council at its April 10 meeting that the city "has an agreement with developer Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp and is getting the ball rolling," and that he "hopes to have a preliminary plan by the 1st of June." He said the next steps include signing an MOU and negotiating lease and funding agreements with the developer.
