The committee rejected Docket No. 37-0307-2501 after members and IDWR Director Mathew Weaver agreed language and definitions were confusing; committee later pursued additional motions to allow further work and an RS.

Vice Chairman Shepherd and Chairman Mendive said they had met with Mathew Weaver, Director of the Idaho Department of Water Resources, to relay concerns about unclear definitions and confusing language in Docket No. 37-0307-2501. The resulting committee consensus was to reject the Rule and a motion to reject the docket in its entirety carried by voice vote.
