Mosier told its snowplow operator may step back; he will continue while he has equipment
Mayor Arlene Burns reported that the city's snowplow operator, Tod Reeves, said he no longer wants to be in the snowplowing business. City Manager Kathy Fitzpatrick said Reeves indicated he will continue to plow as long as he retains the necessary equipment; no replacement plan was recorded.

Mayor Arlene Burns reported she had spoken with the city snowplower, Tod Reeves, who told her that he "doesn’t want to be in the snowplowing business anymore." City Manager Kathy Fitzpatrick said she had also talked with Reeves and that after a long discussion he admitted reluctance to continue long‑term but would keep plowing for the city so long as he retained the equipment to do so.
