The Town Hall Project team presented two proposals and recommended H.P. Cummings for construction management services for the Town Hall renovation. The Selectboard voted to accept the recommendation and approved H.P. Cummings for design-and-build services with a not-to-exceed amount of $14,904; Peg Alden moved to accept the recommendation and Aileen Tulloch seconded.
