Maintenance staff reported one sewer-line break, culvert resets to address drainage problems, servicing of the Community Center van, mowing of parks and the cemetery, weed spraying, dirt work in progress, chainsaw servicing and plans to address potholes once materials are available. The dump truck has returned to service.
Code enforcement reported 20 notices last month including six violations; eight property owners have begun cleanup (three nearly complete) and one building has been demolished. The Jones property has not responded to emails and J. Wilson said he will consult the Town Attorney about next steps.
