Resident urges Juno Beach board to void prior approval, cites code and 'harmony' violations

Scott Shaw opened the public-comment portion by identifying himself and asking the Planning & Zoning Board to void a previous sign-off related to a separate project at 451 Ocean. "I request Chairman Stern's approval be voided by a motion today here in this PZ board meeting," Shaw said, arguing that staff had found two harmony violations (mass and bulk) while a written sign-off claimed the proposal met appearance-review criteria in the town code (sec. 34-1163(b)).
