Staff (Speaker 4) reported that RMLD’s voluntary residential peak alert program—enrolling roughly 2,600 customers—achieved an aggregate reduction of about 9 megawatts over the measured peak hours. Staff explained the result comes from hourly meter reads in the MDM system and a baseline adjusted from the prior 10 days; the presenter said analysts treated each customer's baseline carefully and counted reductions even though some customers increased use on some days.
