"The 1st paragraph there is just kinda cleaning it up, and also, rewritten to reflect our actual process," the Staff member said, adding that drawings would be required only for larger animal permits and that staff had added a requirement for property photographs when the permit location is not the residence.
Committee members asked whether staff would continue to notify neighbors and how many large‑animal properties exist inside the city limits. Staff said only a few properties on the outskirts host temporary cattle movements and that large‑animal permits would still go to council for approval in many cases.
