Commissioners add environmental stewardship language for industrial areas, emphasize buffering

After discussion they revised the wording to emphasize protecting rural and residential areas from incompatible industrial encroachment, rather than suggesting the county should strictly shield industrial areas from all change. That wording will be reflected in the consultant's next redline and will be tested in subsequent sessions.
