The board’s scheduled Land Banking Program briefing was interrupted by technical difficulties and briefly deferred to the August meeting after a motion by Commissioner James Brown, seconded by Attorney General Austin Knudsen. DNRC Land Section Supervisor Seth Goodwin later presented the program and answered board questions about structure and implementation.
