Rob (Fargo Dome presenter) described the facility as a city-owned multiuse arena with roughly 19,000 permanent seats and a mix of NDSU football, tournaments, concerts and trade shows that together produce 80–90 public events a year. He said operating revenues historically meet or exceed expenses and that the Dome was budgeting to break even in recent years, but capital needs are mounting.
