HDA votes to continue using existing counsel, auditor and financial adviser
Trustees agreed to continue using the same professional services (executive director, legal counsel, financial adviser, auditor) for the authority as for the town, approving a motion to retain current contractors for formality.

The board discussed whether to adopt the same professional services contracts formally for the authority. The chair noted the authority has been using the town’s executive director, legal counsel and financial adviser and that the auditor work is in progress; those providers include the town’s executive director and Frank Crawford as financial adviser.
