Planning staff asks board to rescind and replace resolution for USR 20-0007 vacation
Planning staff said a prior resolution approving the vacation of a special-use permit for Ronald and Trina Urbis contained a clerical error; staff asked the board to rescind the old resolution and replace it with corrected language, which the board approved.

Angela Snyder, Department of Planning Services, told the board the vacation of use (VAC 26-0017) related to special-use permit USR 20-0007 for Ronald and Trina Urbis had previously been approved but the associated resolution contained a clerical error. "Due to a clerical error, we'd like to rescind the previous resolution and replace it with a new one with the correct language," Snyder said, and the board approved rescinding and replacing resolution 2026-1606.
