Planning staff asks board to rescind and replace resolution for USR 20-0007 vacation

Angela Snyder, Department of Planning Services, told the board the vacation of use (VAC 26-0017) related to special-use permit USR 20-0007 for Ronald and Trina Urbis had previously been approved but the associated resolution contained a clerical error. "Due to a clerical error, we'd like to rescind the previous resolution and replace it with a new one with the correct language," Snyder said, and the board approved rescinding and replacing resolution 2026-1606.
The item had been continued from July 13, and staff said the underlying facility (a saltwater injection facility that was never built) is the reason for the administrative correction. The board approved the corrected resolution by voice vote.
