The board approved Resolution 21 to authorize negotiation of a fixed boundary line for the Springfield lift-station site, property the agency acquired in a land swap with the city of Springfield. Jeff Thompson explained the original legal descriptions followed a creek line that has since shifted and said the agreement will allow negotiation with the northern property owner so both parties can agree on a specific property line before platting.
