Patrick presented a proposed agreement with CivicPlus for an online recreation and museum-management platform that would allow residents to reserve and pay for park facilities, manage museum volunteer scheduling, and process point-of-sale transactions. Staff said the system would reduce front-counter staff time and improve 24/7 public access but that initial-year costs were approximately $15,000 with recurring annual costs estimated at $7,620.
