The commission adopted Resolution No. 061526057 declaring several Sheriff’s Office vehicles (Unit 179 — 2011 Ford Crown Victoria; Unit 188 — 2005 Chevy pickup; Unit 240 — 2011 Chevy Impala; Unit 251 — 2012 Chevy Impala) and various out-of-service gym and computer equipment surplus. The sheriff’s office memo (Major Wayne Schoenheit) recommended sale, transfer or destruction as appropriate.
Commissioner M. Dorris moved the resolution and Commissioner Morgan seconded. The motion carried 19–0, with five absentees. The county mayor and sheriff were authorized to execute bills of sale or other documents to dispose of the items.
