Health department representatives outlined a proposed plan for the $25,000 Public Health Emergency Fund (PEF), allocating roughly 50% to coordinator salaries (primary and backup), with the remainder for mobile clinic supplies, equipment maintenance and training. Staff said the PEF plan must be advertised and will be returned for final action next month.
