Speakers reviewed a code-company deliverable that included both routine housekeeping edits (grammatical updates, expired state-law references) and a longer list of substantive zoning issues (shoreland, timber harvesting, stormwater) requiring planner and board input. A planning-board speaker said the technical edits could be handled quickly while substantive code changes would need additional expertise.
