The Fairway Planning Commission voted Sept. 30 to approve a side-yard exception allowing a generator to be installed 16 feet from the property line at 5743 Windsor Drive, a request submitted on behalf of property owner Maggie Haw. Planning staff presented the application and recommended the commission was "not opposed" to the exception.
